Who we are

Eir is a mobile application published by Verto Studios ApS (“we”, “us”). Our support email is vertosupport@agentmail.to.

What data we collect

• Account data: Email address and display name when you sign in with Apple or as a guest.
• Child profile: Child’s first name, date of birth, and GMFCS level — stored to personalize the app experience.
• Daily care logs: Spasticity level, sleep quality, and caregiver battery entries you create.
• Habit data: Therapy habits and completion records you enter.
• Device tokens: Push notification tokens if you enable reminders.

We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or any sensor data from your device.

How we use your data

• To provide and personalize the Eir app experience based on your child’s GMFCS level.
• To generate therapist export PDFs from your logged data — these are created on your device and shared only when you choose.
• To send daily log reminders if you opt in to notifications.

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Where data is stored

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region) with row-level security enabled. Authentication is handled via Apple Sign-In or anonymous guest accounts.

Subscriptions and payments

Eir offers a premium subscription managed through Apple’s App Store. Payment processing is handled entirely by Apple — we never see or store your payment details. Subscription status is synced via RevenueCat, which receives only your anonymous user ID.

Data export and deletion

You can export your care data as a PDF at any time from the app. To request full account deletion, contact us at vertosupport@agentmail.to. We will delete all your data within 30 days.

Children’s privacy

Eir is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use directly. We only store the minimal child profile information (first name, date of birth, GMFCS level) that parents voluntarily enter to personalize the care tracking experience.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app. Continued use of Eir after changes constitutes acceptance.
