Agreement
By downloading or using Eir (“the App”), published by Verto Studios ApS (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
What Eir is (and is not)
Eir is a care coordination tool for parents and caregivers of children with cerebral palsy. It helps you track daily care data and organize information for clinical appointments.
Eir is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The App does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical care. Always consult your child’s healthcare team for medical decisions.
Subscriptions
- Eir offers a free tier and an optional premium subscription.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account via the App Store.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Your data
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Eir. We store it to provide the service and you may export or delete it at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Eir only for its intended purpose: personal care coordination for a child with cerebral palsy. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
Eir is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data in the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the App.
